About the Bowl

This is a blog about Buddhism and being a Buddhist in the west or east or both or neither. Many Flakes One Bowl came out of a conversation with Palyul monk Konchog Norbu.  The title can mean many things and ultimately it is up to you the reader to determine what the title means for you.  To read about different writers click on the drop menu and chose the writer you wish to know more about.
